She was a Delaware Division of the Arts Fellow in Painting for the year 2002 and has just completed a body of work inspired by the birth, care, & feeding of her first child and the non-verbal nature of this first year of life. She anticipates returning to her more narrative work with the Jack & the Beanstalk Tale for a solo show at the Rehoboth Art League in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, during the summer of 2003.
